My Review:

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book for review from the author. I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

I was surprised by how how dark and extremely adult the content in this book was. It's very different from Beaty' s other work. It also took a really long time to get into. Like over half the book.

It has a very interesting premise though, and seems to be set up for a sequel. If that's the case I will be looking forward to it. Once the story actually picked up it was good, So a second book where they can cut past all the introductory stuff and get to the point has the potential to be a lot better than the first.

I give it:
